TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS

In order to achieve this objective, we structure our business strategy and plan
using two essential fundamentals:
-First, we strive for excellence by treating every client, vendor, and employee with the utmost respect and dignity.
-Second, We Train Every Officer For Success! Each officer understands the mission of the company is to observe, report, and act as a visual deterrent to anyone who may be a potential threat or cause harm to others.
8hr Pre - Assignment Training course: This is a general introductory course. Upon successful completion of this course the guard is issued a training certificate.
Once the application is submitted, the guard has 90 days to complete the second training course.
16hr On - the - Job Training course (OJT): The sixteen hour on-the-job training course. This training program should be relevant to the guards duties, requirements of the work site, and the needs of the employer.
